Course purpose
This Advanced course develops the writing craft required to turn complex forensic work into clear, accurate and controlled documents. Learners define purpose, readers, decision need and architecture; build paragraphs and findings from evidence; write concise executive material without overstating conclusions; explain calculations, timelines and visuals; integrate contrary evidence, responses and limitations; adapt tone for boards, regulators, counsel and non-specialists; revise for logic, plain language, accessibility and cross-document consistency; and control collaborative drafting, approvals, versions, corrections and publication. The course does not determine admissibility, privilege, guilt, legal breach, accounting treatment or regulatory outcome, and it does not replace competent legal, accounting, translation, accessibility or editorial review. Every technique must be adapted to the engagement mandate, forum, jurisdiction, recipient and evidence.
