Course purpose
This course introduces the international dimensions of forensic-accounting work. It shows how a practitioner can map jurisdictions, professional obligations, records, financial flows and cooperation channels before acting. Learners practise tracing multi-currency transactions, assessing ownership information and preparing a report that remains useful across borders while identifying legal, linguistic, cultural, privacy and evidential dependencies.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
1. Identify cross-border legal, professional, cultural, data and reporting dependencies before procedures begin.
2. Build a jurisdiction, source and evidence map and a controlled international information plan.
3. Analyse cross-border financial evidence and communicate supported findings without assuming that law or practice is uniform.
